You can contact your own specialist also by email, if you know your specialist’s email address.
Appeals to the Registrar's Office
If you are appealing against a decision you have received, please send the documents and other communication related to the appeal to the Registrar’s Office of the City of Helsinki: helsinki.kirjaamo@hel.fi
