New services for Swedish speakers in the autumn – appointment-free advice and events

City of Helsinki Employment Services is developing its services for Swedish speakers. This autumn will mark the start of Svenska torsdagen advice service days and feature several events to support job seeking.

Advice will be provided with no appointment needed in Swedish on Thursdays from 12.00 to 16.00 at the Kamppi office. There will be two service advisors present to provide service in Finnish, Swedish and English. An interpreter can be booked for customers needing service in another language.

Advice is provided for job seeking, applying for training and using the E-Services online service. No decisions are made during advice services. If necessary, the client is referred to a dedicated employment service expert or other services.

Swedish-language events will also be held in the autumn. The events will be open to all and free of charge. More detailed information can be found in the event calendar:
