The job is shoveling snow on ground level. We give you full training, no previous experience with snow necessary. Occasionally other kinds of work also available. In case of snowfall, we’re seeking work for you in warehouses, moving, cleaning, construction sites etc.
Language
Finnish or English, basic level is enough. Team leaders also speak Arabic and Russian. Driver’s license and a car are a plus, but not mandatory.
Timing
Based on snowfall. Often in the mornings and daytime, sometimes also in evenings. Typically from Monday to Saturday, occasionally also on Sunday with double salary.
Salary
12,50 € /h + evening, night and overtime extras + 0,44 €/km tax free for driving your own car. Can agree on invoicing for light entrepreneurs. Common labor agreement: Kiinteistöalan TES.
Work shifts
Typical work shifts are 4-8 h. Job contract is 0-40 h/week. We can’t guarantee a minimum number of hours, but we’re flexible and accommodate different situations you might have. You can work for example on specified weekdays, or only up to e.g. 300 € or 500 € per month – whatever works best for you.
